Project Deposits
- Under $100 – Full payment due upfront
- $100–$200 – 50% nonrefundable deposit to begin
- $200–$500 – 30% nonrefundable deposit to begin
- Over $500 – Custom payment plan available

Final payment is due before delivery of completed files, website transfer, or scheduling of your photography session.

Project Volume Policy: Because Come Magnify Studios is currently a part-time business, I intentionally limit the number of clients I work with at any given time to ensure every project receives the time, creativity, and care it deserves. Depending on the size and scope of each project, I typically take on no more than 4–5 projects per month. If my schedule is full, I’ll be sure to communicate that and offer you the next available start date. Your project matters, and I never want to rush it!
Frequently Asked Questions
⏱️ How long does a typical project take?
Each project is different depending on the scope, but most design projects take 1–2 weeks. Website builds usually take 3–6 weeks, depending on content readiness, complexity, and communication. I’ll always provide a timeline upfront so we’re on the same page. 


🎨 How many revisions do I get?
Each project description lists the amount of revisions. If you need additional changes, we can talk about next steps. Most clients are thrilled by round two (yay!).


🖨️ Do you offer printing services?
Yes! If you’d like me to handle printing for you, I absolutely can. I’ll coordinate everything and have it shipped to you. Just know that printing costs will be added to your final invoice, depending on quantity, quality, and delivery timeline. Prefer to use your own print shop? Totally fine! I’ll provide you with print-ready files formatted to their specs.


🤝 Do you work with small budgets or offer bartering options?
Yes, yes, yes! I love serving small churches, ministries, and businesses—especially the kind who sell homemade sourdough bread, eggs, or muffins or just have a heart full of vision but a limited budget. 💛


If finances are tight, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m more than willing to discuss flexible pricing, payment plans, or even creative bartering when appropriate. My goal is to glorify God and help you share your mission—no matter the size of your wallet.

📬 What if I need something that’s not listed on your services pages?
Reach out! I’ve worked on everything from church anniversary banners to YouTube thumbnails. If it involves a message and some visuals—I’m probably game.


💳 Do you offer refunds?
Because each design is custom-made, deposits are nonrefundable, and completed work cannot be refunded. But I’ll always work hard to make sure you’re happy every step of the way. Clear communication is a priority!


💸 Do you accept all kinds of payment?
I accept cash, check, and Venmo for smaller projects (under $100). For larger projects, I also accept PayPal and can offer custom invoices via email. We’ll sort out what works best for you!
