Hi, I’m Cara, the heart behind Come Magnify Studios!
I’m a graphic designer, photographer, and worship leader passionate about helping small churches and clients reflect God’s glory through creative excellence. Originally from South Africa, my family and I moved to the United States when I was young, and I’ve been blessed to see how God has worked in my life ever since.
As a believer, I’m driven by my faith and inspired by Psalm 34:3: “Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!” This verse fuels my desire to use my gifts to serve others and glorify God in everything I do.
With a strong background in graphic design, I’ve worked extensively with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom, creating impactful designs for sermon series, special events, and social media. I’ve also managed social media accounts for churches, helping them share their message and connect with their communities. My photography experience includes capturing meaningful moments at church events and creating timeless family portraits and individual/group photoshoots.
I’ve been leading worship for over a decade in various settings, and music remains a big part of my life. Whether it’s singing, playing guitar or piano, or serving in the choir with my church in Griffin, Georgia, I’m passionate about using my talents to glorify God.
I started this business with a heart to serve small churches that may not have the resources for full-time creative staff. My mission is to provide affordable, high-quality graphic design, photography, and website solutions that help churches and families shine their light for Christ.
On a personal note, I married my amazing husband, Miguel, in December 2024, and we’re loving this new season of life together! I’m also a coffee enthusiast, a dog lover, and someone who’s always up for a good chat about life, faith, and creativity. I also currently teach church history to an incredible bunch of seventh graders!
